The Sunday School at Miftaah Juniors provides a warm, consistent weekly space for children to grow in their understanding and love of Islam. Meeting once a week on Sunday evenings, the program helps students connect with the Qur’an, learn the life of the Prophet ﷺ, explore the stories of earlier Prophets, develop manners and character, and build the foundational worship skills every young Muslim needs.
Our curriculum is built around the Weekend Islamic Learning Series, a highly reputable and widely used weekend-school program developed in Ohio. Trusted by Islamic schools and masjids across the country, it provides clear structure, age-appropriate lessons, and a strong emphasis on character, making it one of the most dependable Islamic learning frameworks in the U.S.
Each class is purposeful, engaging, and designed to help children strengthen their relationship with Allah ﷻ and the Prophet ﷺ in a joyful and meaningful way.
