Speaker Honorarium Request Form

This form is to be used by invited speakers requesting honorarium or amanahs from Miftaah Institute. All relevant documentation, including invoices, contracts, or proof of services rendered, must be uploaded below for the payment to be processed. Original receipts are required when applicable. All submissions must clearly show proof of payment or agreement terms.
