Miftaah Juniors Jiu-Jitsu is where kids build strength, confidence, and discipline in a fun, structured environment.
Through consistent training, students learn foundational Jiu-Jitsu techniques while developing focus, coordination, and resilience. Each session is engaging, supportive, and designed to help every child grow at their own pace.
This program is beginner-friendly, for boys and girls (gender separated) and suitable for all experience levels.
All sessions are fully supervised in a safe, structured setting, with an emphasis on respect, personal growth, and skill development.

Each session is carefully guided and includes:
Students are introduced to core concepts step-by-step, allowing them to grow at a steady and comfortable pace.
Alongside physical training, the program will include Islamic reminders and character-building moments throughout sessions. Students will be encouraged to connect what they learn on the mat with values such as patience, humility, discipline, and self-control.
We are reminded by the Prophet ﷺ:
“The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, while there is good in both.”
This helps students understand that true strength includes both physical ability and strong character.

Comfortable athletic clothing is sufficient to start. If a uniform (gi) is required later, families will be informed in advance.
Yes. All sessions are fully supervised, and techniques are taught in a controlled and age-appropriate manner with a strong emphasis on safety and respect.
Short reminders and character-building moments are included throughout sessions, helping students connect discipline, patience, and respect on the mat with their Islamic values.
