Islamic Integration

Alongside physical training, the program will include Islamic reminders and character-building moments throughout sessions. Students will be encouraged to connect what they learn on the mat with values such as patience, humility, discipline, and self-control.

We are reminded by the Prophet ﷺ:

“The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, while there is good in both.”

This helps students understand that true strength includes both physical ability and strong character.
