To provide a dedicated space for individuals to detach from the distractions of daily life and focus on strengthening their connection to Allah through prayer, reflection, and learning.

To offer insightful lectures from Mufti Aasim Rashid and Shaykh Omar Hussani, guiding participants toward a greater understanding of Taqwa (God-consciousness) and its practical application in daily life.

To create an environment where both brothers and sisters can engage in spiritual growth and mutual encouragement, fostering a sense of unity and brotherhood in the journey towards greater piety.

To facilitate an immersive Itikaf experience, providing both accommodation and meals for brothers, allowing them to fully dedicate their time and energy to worship and self-reflection.

Aasim Rashid

Mufti Aasim Rashid is a distinguished Muslim scholar, speaker and educator (the title ‘Mufti’ indicates his expertise and authority in Islamic law). He is devoted to the study and explanation of Islamic sacred texts and their relation to the modern context. His lectures, delivered at conferences and institutions around the world, are known to be inspiring and pertinent to the issues and pressing questions of the day. Mufti Aasim is the founder of the Al-Ihsan Educational Foundation, which has initiated the ‘Islam Unravelled’ project.

Shaykh

Omar Hussani

Shaykh Omar lectures at retreats, I’tikaaf programs, universities, local and national conferences, and mosques throughout the United States and abroad on various Islamic topics. He also teaches weekly online classes in Arabic, Islamic jurisprudence, and spirituality.
