What is
Faith & Fitness
Faith & Fitness is a movement-based program where children live Islamic values through action. Each Saturday combines short, meaningful reminders with guided physical activity that builds focus, discipline, and intentional movement. Students learn that strength, consistency, and self-control are essential parts of iman, not separate from it. The program is ideal for energetic kids who thrive with structure and hands-on learning.
Program Highlights
Boys Track: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
The boys’ track centers on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a martial art focused on technique, control, and calm decision-making rather than size or strength. Through age-appropriate training, students develop focus under pressure, discipline, patience, self-control, and respect for others, learning that true strength comes from restraint, not aggression.
Girls Track: Faith & Movement
The girls’ track blends reflection, movement, and confidence-building in a supportive and modest environment. Students build a healthy relationship with physical activity, strengthen emotional confidence, learn that modesty and strength can coexist, and draw inspiration from strong Muslim women in Islamic history.
What Each Session Includes
Short stories of the Sahabah and pious predecessors, interactive discussion, guided physical movement, team-based challenges, and simple take-home activities to encourage continued growth throughout the week.
